Return Eligibility

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided

To start a return, contact us at support@gotechtether.com with your order number and reason for return.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used electronics due to hygiene/security reasons

  • Personalized or custom-fitted gear

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Prefer a different model or color? Email us at support@gotechtether.com—we’ll assist with an exchange where stock permits.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra charge.
